After joining ESCF-North, I cannot possibly imagine myself going to any other gym, whether it be another Crossfit affiliate or traditional gym.
Great place! Encouraging coaches. Supportive members. Immediate results seen: increased energy levels, climbing stairs is easier, and feel stronger all around! Definitely recommend.
I started at Empire State Crossfit North roughly one year ago. I was apprehensive about starting, as this was my second go at Crossfit and I hadn't been as physically active as I had once been. Coach EJ was helpful from day one. She lays out many options for the workouts, so if I couldn't do one thing I could try something else. This is great, as no one ever feels excluded from a workout. I especially like how each movement is broken down into steps prior to the workout, making complex moves more easier to understand and master.
